The SOR Program is a year-long youth skills development initiative focused on leadership, mentorship, community service, and personal development. The first phase of the program consists of an 8-week curriculum, followed by ongoing service projects and leadership opportunities throughout the year.
Our mentees are entrusted with the responsibility of representing the Xi Omicron Chapter, as well as their family, school, church, and community. We are confident that participation in this program will be a transformative experience, helping young men develop into strong and principled leaders. Mentees are expected to demonstrate commitment, integrity, and excellence throughout the entire program year.
